A friend with cancer said her doctor recommended these supplements while undergoing treatment. That’s a good enough endorsement for me! I’m not sure what ingredients make this product successful, or if it is just positive thinking, it works! I wash my hands frequently and do all the other CDC recommendations during cold and flu and feel I am protected now outside AND inside.
