Losing belly fat fast is really a life style and not just another fad diet. Fad diets come and go and are not good for you. You starve your body to try and lose weight fast, but what typically happens is that you end up losing muscle.

The reason that losing belly fat fast is a way of life or a life style change, is that it makes you become responsible for your own actions and decisions about your body. You are a product of your decisions up to this point in your life. Nobody forced you to take the actions or make the choices about your dietary habits thus far. That is actually good because that means that you have a freedom of choice. You can decide what you stuff in your pie hole and hopefully not too much pie.

The following is the 5 Life Style Changes.

1. Honestly take a good hard look at your food intake and what it consists of and cut out those things that you know can’t be good for you.

2. Start Drinking water like it’s going out of style. Drink at least 8-10, 8 ounce glasses of water per day

3. Start eating foods that don’t have tons of sugar in them as well as things that can turn into sugar. Such as but not limited to, white bread, white rice, potatoes, pasta, fatty meats, sugary sodas, sugary cereals, cakes, donuts and ice creams.

4. Eat more nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat more peanut butter, low-fat yogurt, turkey and low fat meats, whole grain wheat breads and cereals, oatmeal, with berries, whole wheat pastas

5. Start exercising at least three times a week. Walking is good, for 20 to 40 minutes.

It just takes a little bit of a push to get started. Once you decide that you are going to make the life style change then it becomes easier. However, you must insure that it is a commitment. After all you should be the most important person in your life. If you don’t take care of you, no one else is going to do it for you. Just imagine reaching your goal. Just think about how it is going to feel when you have gotten to your desired weight. Yea what a feeling of elated consciousness and fulfilment.

Although this will be a joyous day, you must remember that it does not stop there. If you have made the commitment to make it a life style now you must continue to maintain your body, and follow through with your challenge. Don’t sweat it once you get to that point it will be a habit and second nature to you.
