My doctor told me that “cold turkey” quitting is the most successful way. He said it is because quitting smoking is about the person and not the product used. I read a good stop smoking site called [...] and it really explained the benefits of cold turkey. This product looks like a good way to quit cold turkey because it walks me through the 60 day process. I have to start all over if i smoke so i wouldnt want to do that. I will try this product new years and report back with my results. Worst case scenario i use it with the patch or chantix or something else. I am thoroughly disappointed with the patch. I do realize that you have to be commited to stop smoing as well, which I was geared up to do, but the patch in no way has helped me to take the edge off. Thumbs down!
