<p>When looking for a <b >good</b> fitness regimen, you should consider the plenty of ways you can do to achieve a <b >good</b> physique than just following a systematic workout. Plenty of us continue saying to ourselves that we are not doing a <b >good</b> job as we are only seeing little change in our bodies after a period of exercise. We should all know that having a fit physical appearance requires making healthy decisions for our body and eating the right kind of food. This combination, along with a regular sweaty workout, can be really effective for people that have the goal of losing weight or increasing stamina.</p>
<p>The first thing that should be done in order to live a healthy <b >lifestyle</b> is to cut the bad habits and vices that we cling on to. A person should be consuming less alcohol than usual and should stop smoking entirely as it has a terribly negative effect the lungs. It lessens its ability to process oxygen, thus giving us a difficult time to breathe when working out. Drinking, on the other hand, is bad for our liver and it keeps our energy levels low for exercise. Aside from that, alcoholic drinks are full of calories that a person wanting to lose weight would defy his or her goal with excess alcohol intake. You may need a long workout just to get rid of the calories that you took in last week from drinking beer.</p>
<p>When it comes to using a <b >good</b> workout routine, you do not have to necessarily spend a very long time in the gym. Start at a slow pace and work your way up gradually to build a nice foundation for your muscles and stamina. You do not want to injure yourself in the process by jumping into a heavy workout session right away. After a <b >good</b> exercise, remember to eat healthy foods only sufficient for the body and not on excess in order to avoid gaining weight all over again.</p>

<p>Few things should be kept in mind when making a plan for working out your butt. These are nothing new for anyone who has exercised before, but for the beginners these might be something worth of a look. You shouldn&#8217;t do just one butt exercise, but then again not 10 different ones in your workouts. Choose few <b >good</b>, effective and comfortable exercises to workout your butt. Quality of the exercises goes over the amount. So do between 8 &#8211; 20 repetition sets, depending on where your aims are at.</p>
<p>For your workouts, choose 3 &#8211; 4 different butt exercises to shape your butt. If you already do compound exercises like squats, then you can count it as one butt exercise. Just keep in mind when choosing the exercises that you need to make your butt workout also from different angles and not just the squats. Do exercises like one leg kickbacks and deadlifts to make your exercises heavy, but versatile. Your exercising should never be just working out your butt, but all around workouts are best for getting a better shaped body. Emphasizing can vary to get better results for the wanted parts of your body.</p>
<p>When you are aiming for bigger butt do shorter sets, when aiming for trimmed butt and maybe even a little smaller butt do longer sets. Always keep your exercising hard enough to get results, exercising should never bring pain, but shouldn&#8217;t be too easy either. When your exercises start to feel too easy, change them or add more resistance!</p>
<p>No matter are you aiming for bigger or smaller butt, the key for results is doing the correct butt exercises in the correct way!</p>

However, the fast paced lifestyles we lead and the demands made on our time, at work and at home, make it impossible to stay in shape and perfect physical and mental <b >health</b> without dedication and guidance.</p>
<p>The best tips for workout routines applicable to women include the following:</p>
<p><b>Develop a plan</b></p>
<p>Chalk out your daily chores and free time on hand and only then design a fitness regime to work out. This will ensure that your workout routine will be managed within the free time on hand and the quality of the regime will not be hampered due to any disturbances.</p>
<p><b>Consult your doctor</b></p>
<p>It is very important to consult the family doctor and confirm your fitness level to take on the regime intended. It will do you good to periodically check your blood pressure and pulse rate. You should ideally adopt a fitness routine only after consulting your doctor and trainer and considering all the options, pros and cons involved.</p>
<p><b>Stay motivated</b></p>
<p>If company helps to motivate you, exercise at the local gym. Remember that the body loses mobility and flexibility with every break in the regime. Identify a space, time and routine that will keep sedentary habits at bay and enable you to exercise regularly.</p>
<p><b>Remember to adopt warm up and cool down exercises</b></p>
<p>It helps to develop the routine, complete with warm up exercises prior to the main work out and cool down exercises post regime. The warm up exercises enable the body to gradually adapt to the postures required during the regime, while the cool down exercises help to relax the body after the regime, neck, shoulders and every body part involved in the work out.</p>

<p>1. Standing with your feet apart and knees slightly bent and bending your torso to the right and left for a great stretch</p>
<p>2. Lying on your back and bending your knees and raising your legs to cross your ankles to tone stomach muscles with the controlled movement and breath</p>
<p>3. Going down on and straightening one leg out at a time</p>
<p>4. Striding forward one leg at a time, keeping your back straight and bending both knees till each one, in turn, nearly touches the floor</p>
<p>5. Holding a chair and in turn, turning your legs out slightly and then raising one at a time as high as you can</p>
<p>6. Lying on your back and raising your knees and lower legs so that they are parallel to the ground</p>
<p>7. Sitting on a stool and resting your forearms over your thighs as you lean forward and pick up a dumb bell weight with one hand at a time</p>
<p>The workout routines are many and it is important to first identify the kind or level of toning you desire before taking on an exercise regime. It is just as important to compliment the fitness regime with a well balance diet. You should also consider simple toning exercises for all round fitness and tone muscles that lose strength and appeal with age. These exercises also help you address problems such as sagging skin and droopy posture.</p>
